Prices and Payment
Aesthetic Appeal accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. All prices are shown in Danish kroner and include VAT, but exclude any shipping costs. The amount will only be deducted when your order has been processed and shipped.

Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards and cannot be combined with other discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Change or cancellation of order
For changes to your order, please contact us at contact@aestheticappeal.com ,
if the order has not been shipped yet. If the order has already been shipped, contact us immediately upon receipt to request changes.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have ordered several items that are delivered individually, the deadline is calculated from the receipt of the last item. For regular deliveries over a certain period, the deadline applies 14 days after receipt of the first item.

To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days. You can send an e-mail to contact@aestheticappeal.com or use our standard cancellation form, which
can be found at the bottom of the trading conditions. It is not sufficient to refuse receipt without informing us at the same time.

Note : The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been custom-made to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.

Partial regret
If you have purchased several items, you can return one or more of them, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that only part of the shipping costs are refundable.

Return
Once you have expressed your regret, you have 14 days to return the item. Use our returns portal to get a free return label. You are responsible for damage caused during transport.

Make sure to pack the item properly
return. You are responsible for the item being returned in the same condition as when received. Remember to get a receipt for the delivery of the package. Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we will process your case.

Condition of the item upon return
If the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. Lack of packaging can lead to a decrease in value.

Refund of the purchase amount
In case of cancellation, you will be refunded the amount for the item. If the item is impaired, this amount will be deducted. We will refund all payments, including delivery costs (but not
additional costs when choosing more expensive delivery methods), no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of cancellation. The refund is made via the same means of payment, unless otherwise agreed. The payment can be withheld,
until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation for the return.

Exchange right
We offer exchanges of goods in case of incorrect sizes or colours. For an exchange, the goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity with original labels intact and unused. When enquiring, you must state the desired size or color. If the right of exchange cannot be fulfilled, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.

Right of complaint
Aesthetic Appeal offers 2 years
right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. This right covers defects in material and workmanship. Depending on the situation, the item may be repaired, exchanged, partially or fully refunded. Complaints do not apply to damages caused
by incorrect handling. Advertise within a reasonable time after the discovery of the error.
Complaints within two months are always considered timely. We cover reasonable return costs.

Return

Responsible Use
It is important to use our training equipment correctly. We accept no responsibility for injuries that occur during training as it is your responsibility to use the equipment with correct technique. Our products must be used as support.
