Prices and Payment

Aesthetic Appeal accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay.

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT but exclude any shipping costs.

The payment will only be charged once your order has been processed and shipped.


Delivery and Shipping

We aim to ship orders received before 2:00 PM on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

We deliver to specefik european countries, with shipping prices starting from 7,95 EUR. Items are shipped to the address you provide during checkout unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery is handled by PostNord, Bring, or GLS.

Note: If there is no available space at the selected pickup point, your package will be redirected to the nearest available location. You will be informed of this change.

Please contact us if you experience any delivery issues. Deliveries are made on business days, and items are typically expected to arrive 1–2 business days after ordering.

Some items may have special delivery conditions, which will be stated before purchase.

Aesthetic Appeal is responsible for any damages occurring during delivery.

If you experience shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible.


Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be used for purchasing gift cards and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.


Order Changes or Cancellations

To change your order, contact us at contact@aestheticappeal.com if the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, contact us immediately after receiving it to request changes.


Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.

If you ordered several items delivered separately, the deadline starts from the receipt of the last item.

For regular deliveries over a set period, the 14-day period starts from the receipt of the first item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days.

You can email contact@aestheticappeal.com or use our standard cancellation form (available at the end of these terms).

Simply refusing delivery is not sufficient without also notifying us.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.


Partial Withdrawal

If you purchased multiple items, you may return one or more of them even if bought in a single order.

Please note that only part of the shipping cost may be refunded.


Returns

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item.

Use our return portal to request a return label.

You are responsible for any damage during return shipping.

Make sure to pack the item securely for return.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned in the same condition as you received it.

Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your case.


Condition of Returned Items

If the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. Missing packaging may result in a value reduction.


Refunds

Upon cancellation, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item.

If the item has lost value, this amount will be deducted.

We will refund all payments, including the original delivery costs (except extra charges for more expensive shipping methods you may have chosen), no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold payment until we receive the returned item or you provide proof of return shipment.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or colors.

Items must be returned in the same condition and quantity, with original tags intact and unused.

When requesting an exchange, specify the desired size or color.

If exchange is not possible, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the item.


Warranty (Reklamationsret)

Aesthetic Appeal provides a 2-year warranty under Danish Sale of Goods Act rules.

This covers defects in material and workmanship.

Depending on the situation, the item may be repaired, exchanged, partially refunded, or fully refunded.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

You must file a claim within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Claims made within two months are always considered timely.

We cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid claims.

Responsible Use

It is important to use our training equipment correctly.

We are not responsible for injuries caused during training; it is your responsibility to use the equipment with proper technique.

Our products are intended for support purposes only.
