Fill out the form on our return portal

– Attach the return label clearly on the package.

– Pack the item(s) neatly and securely in the original packaging.

– Drop off the package at your local parcel shop.

Please note that exchanging an item is free of charge.
For returns, you as the customer pay for the return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
